Section titled “Definition”Full regeneration of a file from a model, formatter-stable, legal only for
machine-owned files (generated rosters, indexes, build artifacts). Never
interchangeable with TM-0020-splice-write — determined-vault enforces the split
with a regression test, and the ecosystem inherits it as API law. CAS-guarded and
validation-gated like any programmatic write.
