B-HEA0-add-feature-capability-and-specification-acceptance-criteria
Extend the SDLC entity model along two related dimensions:
- Feature / capability modeling — represent features and capabilities as first-class, well-defined entities. Capability entities partially exist today (docs/planning/capabilities/ with kind feature or technical feed the index), so this may be deepening/formalizing that surface rather than greenfield.
- Specification / acceptance-criteria modeling — model specifications and their acceptance criteria explicitly in the entity model, rather than only as freeform prose inside task bodies.
Triage to decide whether this is one entity-model effort (likely an ADR plus schema work, cf. D-0004 entity-definition-architecture) or splits into separate feature/capability vs spec/AC tracks, and how it relates to the existing capability entity and task ACs.
