apps/agentpants/{.agents,.claude,.gemini,.opencode}/skills/ hold the same skill set four times — roughly 822 lines of what is effectively a generated artifact, committed as source. The arms drift: the #1690 sweep found prd-driven-task missing two whole steps (in-depth verification, and merge-then-PR) in the .claude arm alone, plus its usage line. Those were restored by hand, which is the symptom, not the fix.
The shape to decide: one source arm plus a generator, or a publish step that writes the other three. agent-adapt already models installing a skill for a chosen coding agent, so the generator may already exist.
Left out of the sweep deliberately — deduplicating it is a structural change, not a comment edit.
