origin/consolidate/workflow-library-full is deliberately kept as the SOLE copy of the full flowline workflow-library implementation (~1,900 lines: dag/durable/llm/workflow logic + 7 test suites, plus the DarkFactory adoption analysis and workflow-constellation RFC docs). Main has only the scaffold-only merge (PR #682) whose stubs read ‘Scaffold — no logic yet’. The local branch was deleted in the 2026-07-19 project cleanup; the remote survives as the only copy. Decide: land the implementation behind the settled definition, or declare the spike dead and delete the branch after archiving the two analysis docs.
