T-1RLU repointed references for the plugin/ -> apps/sdlc/ tree move (fa784d40 / e4d26a86) but deliberately skipped docs/planning/decisions/. The ADR corpus still cites plugin/lib, plugin/cli, and plugin/skills as current paths — D-0001 (project structure) alone has ~23 plugin/lib mentions, and the 2026-07-04 review pass (PR #764) also predates the move. Follow-up: sweep decision docs, repointing current-state claims to apps/sdlc/ while leaving historical narrative (what a task/decision did at the time) verbatim, per the corpus’s historical-record convention.
Closed 2026-08-16: subsumed by B-XSZL-corpus-repoint-post-sdlc-move, and the apps/sdlc/ tree
it would repoint to no longer exists.
