D-XCXA-module-graph and the vision page’s “Where older docs disagree” section (N-41AZ-vision) settled product naming — Ontological the product; sdlc its CLI, entity model, and plugin; SDF its operator app; Foreman its engine — the hybrid placement with co-located suites, and the engine suite moving under packages/engine/. Four items below are fixed; the remaining two — .moon/workspace.yml and docs/LIBRARIES.md — describe today’s per-package layout and wait on M-D2I1’s suite-move tasks — T-SKMB-co-locate-the-engine-suite-under-packages-engine, T-Z0KK-co-locate-the-markdown-suite-under-packages-markdown, T-PLW6-co-locate-the-app-kit-suite-under-packages-app-kit, T-G6KG-co-locate-the-cli-substrate-suite-under-packages-cli — landing, since fixing them sooner would just be re-fixed by the move.

docs/planning/decisions/D-VSLI-distributed-work-runner-architecture.md still claims sdlc “ships as one JS npm artifact”; it ships as a binary per platform.
solutions/ontological/README.md never names the product Ontological — it frames sdlc itself as the product (“Personal SDLC management tool”).
.moon/workspace.yml’s project globs, sources, and comments describe today’s per-package layout under packages/ts/, packages/rust/, and solutions/ontological/; they need updating once the engine, markdown, app-kit, and cli-substrate suites consolidate under packages/<suite>/.
docs/LIBRARIES.md rows for packages in the four moving suites (foreman, markdown-util, obsidian-md, wikilink, and siblings) cite their pre-move paths and will need updated locations.
docs/planning/decisions/D-0018-sdf-control-plane-app.md links D-0011-polish-as-platform-experience, which doesn’t exist — the file is D-0011-markdown-formatting-tool.md.
docs/planning/products/PR-0001-sdlc.md’s DR-0008 row still cites [D-VSLI-distributed-work-runner-architecture](/planning/decisions/distributed-work-runner-architecture/)’s superseded framing.
