When /sdlc:entities-migrate would open a PR for auto-fixable schema bumps but an in-flight PR
already touches those same entity files, route the bumps onto that in-flight branch (e.g. via the
pr-respond re-acquire dance) instead of opening a second, colliding PR. Any future implementation
must be designed against the op-substrate verbs (sdlc entities migrate / sdlc lease), NOT the
deleted plugin/scripts/*.ts.
Demoted from retired task T-2WF7 (PR #282 abandoned 2026-06-19 as stale against the op-substrate verbs).
Closed 2026-08-16: superseded by D-VSLI-distributed-work-runner-architecture. Ledger phase C2 runs corpus hygiene as a registered recurring process and E6’s corpus-writer actor serializes main-branch writes, so a second colliding migration PR stops being a shape the system produces.
