Milestone.tasks[] is a stored membership list kept for the Obsidian control-plane view (D-3PDM P2). Nothing verifies it today: entries can point at closed/renamed/deleted tasks, and tasks claiming a milestone can be absent from the list. Add an entities-audit check that flags (a) tasks[] entries that do not resolve to a task file, (b) resolvable entries whose task is closed while the milestone is open, and (c) asymmetry with any task-side milestone reference. Deterministic, read-only, warning-severity - same shape as the T-2KK8 anchor-rot check. Captured 2026-07-18 after the model review; parked in D-3PDM P2 until the #803 merge.
Closed 2026-08-16: superseded by D-VSLI-distributed-work-runner-architecture. Ledger phase C2 makes milestone rosters derived views, so there is no stored membership list left to audit.
