B-V75E-reconcile-s-0004-composition-spectrum-dependents-s-0003
Status: promoted/task
Follow-up to merged PR #410, which rewrote standard S-0004 from the old “LLM-head / deterministic-tail” binary into a 5-point composition spectrum that legitimizes deliberate, bounded nested-LLM steps under three guardrails. Two dependents now need reconciling.
- S-0003 alignment. Update
S-0003-deterministic-general-extension-pointsso its four-layer boundary reflects that a layer-2 lib op MAY embed a bounded LLM judgment port under S-0004’s three guardrails — the boundary is a permeable port, not a wall. The merged S-0004’s Notes section explicitly calls for this alignment (“The two standards must stay aligned on whether a lib op may invoke an LLM (it may, at a marked port).”). Per the “rewrite standards in place during alpha” convention, edit S-0003 in place. - D-OIVM status. Resolved: D-OIVM was absorbed into D-VSLI-distributed-work-runner-architecture and deleted; S-0004’s mechanism-2 citation now points at D-VSLI.
Provenance: follow-up to merged PR #410 (S-0004 composition-spectrum rewrite).
