a parent migrations directory for migrating the system as a whole an apps directory within plugins for
turn web interface into a directory so we can extract out view files and javascript, or separate the ui out to a separate app and then deploy into the plugin folder
Closed 2026-08-16: overtaken. SDF is the UI, so the web-interface extraction this proposes no longer describes the system.
