@augmented/logging (65 LOC console wrapper, self-tagged todo:ai-review) and @augmented/utils (MultiError reimplementing AggregateError; getTestDir reimplementing fs.mkdtempSync) are thin augmented-only packages with no @sksizer/@determined counterpart. Both now live at solutions/augmented/packages/ts/{logging,utils} after T-C9RD. Port consumers — solutions/augmented/apps/learn_web books v2 route handlers + solutions/augmented/apps/vimit_prototype (logging), solutions/augmented/packages/ts/entity (utils) — to bare console (or a future real logger), native AggregateError, and node:fs mkdtempSync, then remove both packages. Derives from the augmented-convergence audit (docs/planning/analysis/augmented-convergence.md, axis 4).
