Two structural (not phrasing) skills. One PR each.
(a) pr-check — a ~390-line op-contract spec loaded into agent context on every orchestrate
tick (the hottest skill). Relocate the contract to a CONTRACT.md per progressive disclosure
(rule 8) and repoint invariants.yaml. Highest leverage.
(b) task-auto-define — Step 4 overloads 10+ hard constraints (curse-of-instructions, rule 6).
Split into 4a-4d, strip the 4→2-call mechanism narration, add v3 typed-table <example>s.
(c) markdown-format — split its Step 4 into 4a-4d (lighter decomposition).
Closed 2026-08-16: superseded by D-VSLI-distributed-work-runner-architecture. The skill-prose lint retires at cutover with the lifecycle skills, and SKILL.md becomes a generated head over a process definition, so S-0006’s sequencing rules go inert.
