SDLC and ontological are one product: a control plane bundled and deployed to manage projects, this repo being its first instance. The source cluster is solution-local because all consumption goes through published surfaces — the compiled binary / npm artifact externally, the launcher shim or dev-link locally (S-0008 bans source imports). So apps/sdlc (substrate, cli, skills, SDF, suspenders, site tooling, crates) migrates under solutions/ontological over time. Requires an in-place D-0001 amendment: the solution end-state supersedes the old top-level src/ lift plan. The migration is a large mechanical project (tsconfig @lib/@cli paths, moon globs, root workspaces, CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT resolution, release pipeline, hook paths) and must not block ontological Phase 1. Naming of the merged product is open.
Closed 2026-08-16: already executed. apps/sdlc is merged into solutions/ontological.
