B-GHMH-settings-section-decl-drift
packages/ts/app-frame and solutions/determined/packages/vault-platform-client each declare a SettingsSectionDecl type. The app-frame copy has an optional icon field; the platform copy does not. No consumer passes icon today, so nothing breaks, but the two will keep drifting. Keep one declaration and import it from the other side.
