B-8C3Z-task-work-should-put-worktrees-under-repo-root-sdlc

task-work creates a task’s worktree and run state under the product’s own nested planning root (e.g. solutions/determined/products/polish/.sdlc/worktrees/, solutions/determined/.sdlc/worktrees/) when the task lives under a product-scoped docs/planning/tasks/. It should put every worktree under the repo root .sdlc/worktrees/ instead, even for product-scoped tasks, so there is one worktree home regardless of which planning root a task resolves from.

Related: T-9WPJ-resolve-searches-every-planning-root covers the resolver-side half of the same product-scoped-task gap (sdlc task resolve / start_task.ts only searching the repo-root task tree); this item is the worktree-placement half.
