Statement

Determined is a system that runs apps over a canonical Obsidian vault. The backend is a set of Rust crates (determined-platform over the determined-* domain crates: agent, fitness, git, index, media, notes, ocr, photos, polish, sqlite, sync, vault and others) whose handlers are generated into Axum HTTP routes, Tauri IPC commands and a typed TypeScript client. On top sit solution-local packages (the shell, the platform client, book and runner packages), Nuxt-layer experiences with declarative manifests, and products that bundle a shell with experiences into one Tauri app and one web deploy from the same code.

This capability is the root that names that whole boundary so its parts can nest beneath it. It is a capability root in the sense of TM-0037-capability-root: a system grain with no parent.

What it provides
