Summary

• A SQLite-backed training log library: people, sessions, sets, health observations and nutrition, with rollups over them.
• Also provides free-text set capture, activity file import, food lookup and a portable export bundle.

Statement

determined-fitness is an importable Rust library that keeps one training-log database plus a rebuildable food-lookup cache for a person’s training data. It is not backed by the markdown vault, because a set log is written one row at a time and read back as aggregates, which is a SQL question. It opens against a path and needs no platform context. determined-platform consumes its generated CRUD and custom handlers.

• Free-text capture grammar (e.g. 3x8@60kg) with an optional on-device interpreter

• Food lookup over FDC and Open Food Facts with a local cache
• Export bundle with versioned upgrade and JSON Schemas
• Generated CRUD and API forwarders via ontogen
