Vault lint, scan and batch maintenance

Summary
Section titled “Summary”- Maintains a markdown vault: lints it, scores its health, finds empty and duplicate files, validates frontmatter against schemas, and applies reversible batch fixes.
- Everything it computes is derived and rebuildable from the vault directory, except the batch journal (undo and ignores).
Statement
Section titled “Statement”The crate scans a vault with the rumdl lint engine and stores results, health scores and scan history in SQLite. It also finds empty files and content-hash duplicates, validates frontmatter against per-vault JSON Schemas matched by glob, and merges all sources into one findings view. Fixes edit exact byte spans and never round-trip a document through a parser. Batch operations splice one frontmatter key, repoint inbound links when a duplicate is deleted, and move deleted files to .trash. A journal supports undo and ignores, with git status, commit and revert around a batch. A monitor re-checks files live. The domain modules are host-agnostic; port.rs binds them to the platform as the PolishPort implementation.
