Adopt any repository with one setup action and run several as one roster

State: open/proposed

A checkout registers, is set up — planning layout, sdlc.yaml, .sdlc/, harness registration — with one action, and joins a roster of peers that dispatch and link work across repos.

Anyone bringing a new repo under Ontological, and anyone operating a set of repos that today are set up and tracked one at a time, by hand.

  • N-41AZ-vision, “The end state”: “Any repo can be adopted. A project registers, is set up with one action, and runs, whether it lives in this monorepo or not. Several repos work as one roster, and the module graph is the map of all of them.”
  • N-41AZ-vision, “What good looks like”: “Adoption in minutes — a new repo runs under Ontological after one setup action and shows up in SDF beside the others.”

M-DZEM delivers one-click setup for a registered project. M-ZLTF lets a repo hold more than one planning root and a task in another repo be named, resolved, and audited. M-T5GN picks and runs work across the roster’s peers.
