Bug sweeps

One folder per sweep, named YYYY-MM-DD-<subject> after the day the sweep started and what it covered. Each folder holds:

README.md — the report: scope, how it was run, the findings table with stable ids, dispositions, and closure.
findings.jsonl — the machine record behind the table, when the sweep produced one.
shots/ — before/after screenshots referenced from the report or from the fix PRs, grouped by fix cluster.

Fix PRs never edit a report; the table is updated on the report’s own branch. A finding closes only when a re-run no longer reproduces it.
