SDLC 0.8 release-record reconciliation

Reviewed: 2026-09-30, in two passes: milestone level, then task by task.
Scope: The 19 milestones carried by RM-E2L0 and their tasks, checked against current
source, merged PRs, git history, solutions/ontological/CHANGELOG.md, and the public
sksizer/sdlc repository.
Finding
Section titled “Finding”The campaign shipped. Tags v0.4.0, v0.7.0, and v0.8.0 are public on sksizer/sdlc; no
GitHub Release objects were created for them, and @sksizer/sdlc is not on npm. The changelog
says v0.5.0 and v0.6.0 were never cut; v0.7.0 rolls up the phases after v0.4.0.
The records lagged the code. Many task files still said draft or proposed for work merged weeks earlier. 18 of 19 milestones are now closed (5 of them partial or superseded), each closure carrying a completion note with its evidence. M-E0U5 stays open with one small task left. Several tasks were superseded by later design decisions rather than built as written; their notes name the decision.

Method and limits
Section titled “Method and limits”- Each open milestone was checked by a read-only agent against its tasks’ acceptance criteria;
the verdicts that changed a record were spot-checked against code and
gh pr view. - No tests were run. Closures rest on code, tests present in the tree, and merged PRs.
- Not verified: a live Router send into a real tmux or orca session, per-harness installs of the public pack, and the v0.4.0 release checklist sign-offs.
