The backlog schema hard-codes promoted/task|milestone|decision and result patterns per prefix.
Backlog is an execution kind but decision is a definition kind, so the enum must be built from
whatever kinds are composed.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”backlogKind(idx) builds the schema from the prefix table at compose time. composeKinds resolves
factories in a second pass. No corpus migration.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: Existing backlog files validate unchanged.
- AC-2: Composing without the definition pack yields a backlog enum without
promoted/decision, with a test.
