Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: One pyJsonDumps is shared by scan_corpus_assumptions.ts and dedup_search.ts.
- AC-2: rjust/pad are consolidated in lib/util/strings.ts (or replaced by padEnd).
- AC-3: build-binary.ts and build-npm-wrapper.ts share one run() helper.
- AC-4: scripts/compiled/bootstrap.ts’s touch spawns are replaced by writeFileSync, with @sdlc:ignore-spawn markers where a spawn remains necessary.
