State: closed/done · Impact: low · Complexity: medium
From the Phase-4 audit’s recommended task list
(docs/planning/notes/N-OCUK-2026-09-24-sdlc-1-0-audit.md, on origin/sdlc/p4-audit): Fix the
dead-doc-link and false claim comments that are user- or config-facing (python-runtime.md, “14
skills” header, _SDLC_YAML_HEADER claim, T-MBOK note, list-ops.ts docs_site claim).
| Area | Note |
|---|---|
lib/services/lease/ | python-runtime.md dead link |
lib/services/gate/ | _skill_prose_contract.ts “14 skills” header |
lib/services/config/ | verb-list.ts false _SDLC_YAML_HEADER claim |
lib/config/ | sdlc_yaml.ts stale T-MBOK note; docs_site .describe() list-ops.ts claim |
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: None of the five named stale/false comments remain in their cited files.
- AC-2: _skill_prose_contract.ts’s header count matches the actual skill count.
- AC-3: A freshly scaffolded sdlc.yaml no longer carries the stale list-ops.ts claim.
Out of scope
Section titled “Out of scope”- The lease python-runtime.md reference may already be resolved by the Phase-1 retroactive lease-message fix — verify against the current tree before duplicating work.
