Capture headless usage from engine JSON output and interactive usage
from transcripts keyed by session id, storing both in
.sdlc/usage.jsonl.
Approach

- Parse interactive transcripts by session id for the same.
- Append normalized rows to .sdlc/usage.jsonl.
