The only edge from lib/util into lib/model is the slugify re-export in lib/util/slug.ts.
sdlc-core cannot be its own package while that edge exists.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”slugify lives in lib/util/slug.ts and lib/model/identifier.ts imports it from there. No file
under lib/util/ imports from lib/model/.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: A grep for
@lib/modelunderlib/util/returns nothing. - AC-2: Every existing caller of
slugifycompiles and its tests pass unchanged.
