Goal

Delete what the learning solution replaced. The four apps and the augmented substrate packages go; augmented_web and augmented_dot_com move to sites/ as T-OO89 specified, since they were never learning code.

Proposed

solutions/augmented/ does not exist. sites/augmented_web/ and sites/augmented_dot_com/ build. @augmented/utils is inlined into augmented_web or promoted, whichever its usage justifies. Root enrollment, lefthook, scripts/guard-raw-palette.ts and docs/LIBRARIES.md no longer name the old paths.

Approach

Follow T-OO89’s approach for the two sites, with the utils inline-or-promote call made first.
Delete the four apps and the packages; regenerate bun.lock and Cargo.lock.
Sweep root configs and guards for solutions/augmented.
Close T-3AUP and B-0JM1 as obsoleted by the deletion, if not already.

Acceptance criteria

AC-1: grep -r 'solutions/augmented' outside docs/planning/ and lockfiles returns nothing.
AC-2: Both sites build at their new paths; bun install --frozen-lockfile passes.
AC-3: CI is green with the tree gone.

Out of scope

Renaming or deploying the two sites.

Dependencies

T-ZP78 and T-TM1K: the reader, progress and print must exist before the old apps go.
