Goal

docs/LIBRARIES.md lists obsidian-md but neither obsidian-editor nor the new markdown-ui layer, and its duplicates ledger does not name the markdown render sites the rollout deletes. This task adds the rows and ledger entries the wave tasks flip, and fixes stale rows in the notes LIBRARY-REPORT.

Proposed

The tier-1 TypeScript table gains a markdown-ui row (before markdown-util) and an obsidian-editor row (before obsidian-md); the obsidian-md row mentions the ./plugins subpath from T-Z6X5-obsidian-md-plugins-subpath. The duplicates ledger gains four rows whose What values are Markdown render sites, Mermaid preview, Wikilink resolution and Canvas node markdown; each Where cell lists the sites and each Note cell names the task that resolves it, so a wave PR flips its row to Resolved by editing one line. The LIBRARY-REPORT polish and media rows read resolved (already clean).

Approach

1. Add the two tier-1 rows in the existing one-line style; amend the obsidian-md row.
2. Add the four ledger rows. Markdown render sites lists the SDF MarkdownBody.vue, the suspenders SkillDetailPanel.vue, apps/agentpants RenderedMarkdown.vue, the pumice admin [id]/index.vue, augmented_web renderers/markdown/Renderer.vue and learn_web ContentEditor.vue; Mermaid preview lists FlowsMermaidPreview.vue and the workflow-designer MermaidPreview.vue; Wikilink resolution lists the notes vault store, the agent-pants provider, obsidian-astro’s slug resolver, the flows and backup note lookups; Canvas node markdown lists json-canvas-vue/src/markdown.ts and NotesCanvasView.vue.
3. Fix the two LIBRARY-REPORT rows.
4. rumdl check docs solutions/ontological; moon run :check :test --affected.

• AC-2: The obsidian-md row in docs/LIBRARIES.md contains ./plugins.
• AC-3: The ## Known duplicates to reconcile table contains rows whose What cell is exactly Markdown render sites, Mermaid preview, Wikilink resolution and Canvas node markdown, each Note naming a task wikilink.
• AC-4: In LIBRARY-REPORT.md the PolishDuplicatesPane.vue and MediaGroupCard.vue rows read resolved (already clean).
• AC-5: rumdl check docs solutions/ontological passes.

Out of scope

• packages/ts/obsidian-editor/README.md (T-OAY3-md-engine-readme-v2).
• Flipping ledger rows to Resolved; each wave task does that in its own PR.
• The decision and reference entities; they already exist.

Dependencies

• None. The rows describe the target shape; the markdown-ui row cites T-A0HT-md-ui-layer-skeleton as its origin.
• docs/CLAUDE.md and S-0007-markdown-formatting govern the prose.
