Port the product-level fixes accumulated in the local v0.3.1 snapshot
(build-node.ts, node-bootstrap, the launcher’s dev-checkout rule,
assorted test fixes) back into mainline, and mark the tests that only
make sense inside this monorepo as monorepo-only.
Approach
Section titled “Approach”- Diff the v0.3.1 snapshot (feat/sdlc-bun-import) against mainline for product-level fixes.
- Port build-node.ts, node-bootstrap, and the launcher dev-checkout rule.
- Port the test fixes.
- Mark monorepo-only tests as such so they don’t run in the standalone assembled tree.

Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: Every named fix from the snapshot is present in mainline.
