defaultOpsRoots() in lib/registry.ts lists op roots by hand and one generated manifest covers
everything. Two bins over two subsets of ops need discovery driven by packs.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”Each pack declares its op roots through its kinds and services. Discovery composes them. The
generator emits one manifest per pack and the sdlc bin mounts the union.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1:
sdlc --helplists the same nouns and verbs as before. - AC-2: A manifest built from the definition pack alone lists only definition and generic entity ops.
