Every op’s --project-root help says “Default: cwd”. The real default is the nearest sdlc.yaml
above the cwd, which is what makes nested projects behave differently by directory. The help
should say so.
The option description is shared across ops and reads “Project root the op runs against.
Default: cwd.” resolveProjectRoot() (lib/config/load.ts:1648-1651) walks up to the nearest
sdlc.yaml.
