Goal

experiences/flows and experiences/backup are the platform ports of the two standalone Nuxt dashboards, so the dashboards are dead code carrying their own mermaid and marked. Both directories also hold a cli.ts that platform-core still runs as a node sidecar. This task deletes the dashboard halves now and leaves the CLIs for the sidecar retirement that solutions/determined/docs/planning/rust-backends/ARCHITECTURE.md already schedules.

Proposed

Both apps keep cli.ts, lib/, package.json, README.md and tsconfig.json. Their app/, server/ and nuxt.config.ts are deleted, along with the dev, build and preview scripts, the nuxt, vue, mermaid and marked dependencies, and the matching moon tasks. The .moon/workspace.yml entry stays because the vault-backup CLI is still a project. The README and LIBRARY-REPORT rows describe the CLI-only shape. Full directory deletion happens with the sidecar retirement PRs named in backends/node/backup.rs.

Approach

1. Confirm coverage: every page and component under apps/workflow-designer/app/ has a counterpart under experiences/flows/app/, and every one under apps/vault-backup/app/ has a counterpart under experiences/backup/app/; record the mapping in the PR.
2. Confirm the CLIs are live: sidecar.rs names both cli.ts entries. Keep them.
3. Delete app/, server/, nuxt.config.ts in both apps; strip dashboard scripts and dependencies from both package.json files; trim vault-backup/moon.yml to cli and test.
4. Rewrite the READMEs of both apps to describe the CLI only; update solutions/determined/apps/README.md and the LIBRARY-REPORT row.
5. Root bun install; bun install --frozen-lockfile; bun test in apps/vault-backup (backup.test.ts, summarize.test.ts); cargo test -p platform-core; moon run vault-backup:test; moon run :check :test --affected.
6. Flip the mermaid preview and vault-backup render-site rows of the duplicates ledger in docs/LIBRARIES.md.

Acceptance criteria

• AC-1: Neither solutions/determined/apps/workflow-designer/app/ nor solutions/determined/apps/vault-backup/app/ exists; neither app has a nuxt.config.ts or a server/ directory.
• AC-2: grep -n "mermaid\|nuxt" solutions/determined/apps/workflow-designer/package.json and grep -n "marked\|nuxt" solutions/determined/apps/vault-backup/package.json return nothing.
• AC-3: solutions/determined/apps/vault-backup/cli.ts and solutions/determined/apps/workflow-designer/cli.ts still exist and cargo test -p platform-core passes.
• AC-4: bun test in solutions/determined/apps/vault-backup and moon run vault-backup:test pass; bun install --frozen-lockfile passes at the root.
• AC-5: The PR body carries the page-to-page coverage mapping from Approach step 1.
• AC-6: grep -rn "FilePreview.vue\|MermaidPreview.vue" solutions/determined/docs solutions/determined/apps/README.md returns only rows marked retired.

Out of scope

• Deleting the CLIs, sidecar.rs entries or backends/node/backup.rs; those go with the Rust-arm capability flips per rust-backends/ARCHITECTURE.md.
• Rendering markdown in BackupFilePreview.vue; it is an escaped <pre> by design.
• Historical planning documents under solutions/determined/docs/planning/ that narrate the apps; only the live rows named above change.

Dependencies

• None on other tasks. The user decision recorded in the program plan asked for whole-directory deletion; the live sidecar entries in platform-core narrow this to the dashboard halves, which is why need_human_review is set.
• D-7VMX-markdown-ecosystem-strategy d.10: two marked/mermaid render sites are deleted.
