T-D5PC-sdlc-def-bin-export-map-lockstep-guard-and-the-second
State: planning/proposed · Impact: medium · Complexity: large
The definition package has to reach a consumer as a library, a context pack, and a CLI, from the
same tag that ships the sdlc binary.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”cli/sdlc-def.ts mounts the model and definition op roots under bin sdlc-def. The package exports
., ./docs, ./gates, and ./pack. A lockstep guard asserts the four package versions match at
commit and release. build-npm-wrapper.ts lays out a bundled @sksizer/sdlc-definition tarball
with core and model inlined, and release.yml publishes it in the same run as the platform
packages.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1:
npm packof the definition tarball installs under plain Node in a clean directory andsdlc-def entities validateruns on a sample corpus. - AC-2: A version mismatch between two of the four packages fails the pre-commit guard and the release assertion.
- AC-3: A dry-run of the release workflow shows the definition tarball built and smoke-tested beside the platform packages.
Out of scope
Section titled “Out of scope”- Publishing core or model as their own packages.
- The per-library mirror channel.
Dependencies
Section titled “Dependencies”- T-7I86-create-the-sdlc-definition-package-and-the-assembled-plugin
- Blocked on the npm build resolving
workspace:*dependencies (the backlog item linked above).
