T-LC6B-sdlc-work-scan-fetch-and-outcome-verbs-behind-the-source
State: planning/proposed · Impact: medium · Complexity: large
The corpus becomes a work-order source. Readiness, pickup order, and scope claims are computed here and carried as order attributes so the engine stays domain-blind.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”sdlc work scan --output json emits open ready-or-blocked tasks as work orders with links, scope
claims from the files-to-touch table, and pickup-order keys in the extra attributes. fetch returns
one order; outcome reports closed status from the corpus. The verbs live in the execution package.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: The engine tick over the real corpus dispatches the same first task as
task nexton a fixture, with a parity test. - AC-2: A task with an open dependency appears as withheld with the dependency named in explain.
Out of scope
Section titled “Out of scope”- Running steps (next task).
