Proposed

artifacts regenerate; the D-0009 tickets close.
Approach

^summary) and Material/Notes where SDLC-specific application notes exist. related:to citing entities; best-effort re-point inline URLs where a wikilink reads better (no mandate).- Regenerate all artifacts; verify roster, index Appendix, and site pages fill.
