sdlc project verify-roster checks each present peer’s slug: against its roster key and reports
trust state. conventions/sdlc-yaml.md documents the keys.

projectsentry with an unknown role fails validation. - AC-2:
verify-rosterreports a slug mismatch as an error and an absent peer as a note.
