T-C1W7-version-bump-to-0-4-0-for-the-first-public-release

State: closed/done · Impact: medium · Complexity: small

v0.4.0 is the first public release. Every place the package’s version is declared still reads 0.3.1, the version it was at before the sdlc 0.8 plan started. Ship the bump as part of Phase 14 so the assembled pack, the plugin manifest and the marketplace entry all agree with the tag being cut.

  1. Bump "version" in solutions/ontological/package.json to 0.4.0.
  2. Bump "version" in the plugin note — .claude-plugin/plugin.json today; if Phase 3’s sdlc.md plugin note has landed by the time this runs, bump the version field there instead.
  3. Bump "version" in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json’s plugin entry.
  4. Grep the tree for the literal 0.3.1 outside changelogs/history to catch any other manifest or fixture that pins the old version.
  5. Confirm agent-pants build and the assembler both propagate the new version into the assembled pack with no stale copy left behind.

solutions/ontological/.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonPlugin manifest version (pre-Phase-3 shape)
solutions/ontological/.claude-plugin/marketplace.jsonMarketplace entry version
  • AC-1: solutions/ontological/package.json, the plugin note and the marketplace manifest all declare 0.4.0.
  • AC-2: no manifest, fixture or generated file under solutions/ontological/ still declares 0.3.1 as the current version.
  • AC-3: the assembled pack (scripts/sdlc-mirror/assemble.ts output) carries 0.4.0 end to end.
  • Tagging sdlc/v0.4.0 itself and cutting the release — that’s T-ZZRC’s release/publish wiring, run once this bump and T-VAW3 both land.
