T-VBW4-wire-roadmap-check-and-strict-entities-audit-into-verbs
State: closed/done · Impact: medium · Complexity: small
Phase 1 calls for a strict check verb — “typecheck, tests, entities validate plus entities audit in strict mode, roadmap check, and docs generate —check” — run by pre-commit, CI and the loops, so a roadmap or task-corpus regression is caught before it lands rather than discovered later.
verbs.check ran typecheck, the command-seam guard, tests, and the
docs-generate drift check, but neither entities audit --strict nor
roadmap check were in that list, so a roadmap could accumulate a
broken milestone link or a schema-drifted task with the release gate
still green.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”sdlc.yaml’s check verb list includes
bun run solutions/ontological/cli/sdlc.ts entities audit --strict and
bun run solutions/ontological/cli/sdlc.ts roadmap check. A new
project-check-roadmap lefthook entry runs roadmap check on every
commit as the cheap, file-read-only subset of that same gate.
Approach
Section titled “Approach”- Appended
entities audit --strictandroadmap checktosdlc.yaml’scheck:verb list. - Added
project-check-roadmaptolefthook.yml’s pre-commit group, runningbun solutions/ontological/cli/sdlc.ts roadmap check. - Confirmed both gates run clean against the current corpus.
| Area | Note |
|---|---|
sdlc.yaml | check verb additions |
lefthook.yml | project-check-roadmap hook |
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1:
sdlc.yaml’scheck:list contains bothentities audit --strictandroadmap checkinvocations. - AC-2:
lefthook.ymlhas aproject-check-roadmapentry under pre-commit runningsdlc roadmap check. - AC-3:
sdlc roadmap checkexits 0 against the corpus at the time of landing.
