Summary
Section titled “Summary”Obsidian’s transclusion syntax — file embeds a block from another note; the
mechanism every generated roster uses to keep Summary/Definition cells in sync with their source
entities.
The ^summary block-id convention rides on this: entities carry one
defining paragraph tagged ^summary, and index.md / glossary.md /
references.md transclude it instead of copying text. The docs site
renders no transclusions, so site pages inline the extracted text —
same source, second projection.
