Every multi-repo behavior needs a reproducible two-repo fixture. The backlog already asks for one for cross-repo task PRs.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”A test helper creates two temporary repos with sdlc.yaml rosters pointing at each other and seeds
tasks with qualified links. Dispatch, audit, and worktree tests build on it.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: The helper is used by at least the audit,
task next --all, and per-repo worktree tests. - AC-2: The fixture runs offline.
