QUALIFIED_ENTITY_WIKILINK_PATTERN beside the entity pattern in entities/_common.ts. task.depends_on and milestone.tasks accept it; every other field rejects it. The resolver looks the slug up in the roster, resolves against the peer’s local main when present, and reports unverified when absent.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC-1: A qualified link on depends_on validates; the same link on related fails validation with a message naming the field.
  • AC-2: Audit reports unverified for a qualified link whose peer is absent and unresolved for a present peer that lacks the target.
