their pack frontmatter. kinds scaffold emits the definition corpus templates. The pack is built
on the TypeScript harness model.
Acceptance criteria

harness export --pack definitionproduces a plugin tree containing onlypack: definitionskills. - AC-2: Installing that tree into a repo with no SDLC execution setup lets
principle-reviewanddocsskills run.
