The implementation process is a DAG of steps. The deterministic ones already exist as ops; they need one entry the engine can call per step with the order id.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”sdlc work run-step <step> --order <id> runs preflight-worktree, quality (the check verb through
the trust gate), sync, and pr-open, each as a command step. Output follows the step result
envelope.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: Each step runs from the engine root against a fixture repo and returns a result the supervisor accepts.
- AC-2: The quality step withholds on an untrusted repo with the trust exit code.
