A consumer of sdlc needs the engine binary without a Rust toolchain.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”The release workflow builds foreman per platform and places it beside sdlc in each platform
package. sdlc engine verbs locate it. min_client_version bumps so older clients do not see
engine state they cannot read.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: A clean install of the platform package exposes a runnable
foreman. - AC-2: The release dry-run shows both binaries built and smoke-tested.
