T-VXOI-sdlc-work-scan-all-projects-namespaces-ids-and-rewrites
State: planning/proposed · Impact: medium · Complexity: medium
The engine sees one id space. The work-order source must union peers and namespace ids so cross-repo dependencies become ordinary links.
Proposed
Section titled “Proposed”sdlc work scan --all-projects emits orders with ids <slug>/T-XXXX, rewrites qualified links to
that form, prefixes scope claims with the slug, and emits a not-ready order with a peer-unresolved
reason for an absent or untrusted peer. Each order carries its repo’s worktree root as the run
working directory.
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- AC-1: The engine’s tick over a two-repo fixture dispatches a peer task and withholds a task blocked by a qualified dependency with an explain reason.
- AC-2: Two tasks touching the same path in different repos do not conflict on scope.
Out of scope
Section titled “Out of scope”- Engine changes of any kind.
