Expand a trust.paths entry’s leading ~ against home, then
symlink-resolve the pattern’s static prefix — the part before the first
glob character — through resolveTrustRoot.
The injected expandPath policyExecGate/policyDecision take. waypost
has no {name} token vocabulary the way sdlc’s paths: map gives its own
trust.paths (solutions/ontological/lib/config/trust.ts’s
expandTrustPath), so only the tilde is a vocabulary of its own; the
prefix-resolution logic below is copied from that function unchanged.
Without it, a pattern written against the spelling a person typed
(/tmp/…, which on macOS is really /private/tmp/…) would silently never
match the RESOLVED root @sksizer/sdlc-tool’s policyDecision compares it
against.
