unsetConfigValue<
T>(config,key):T
Remove a dotted path, returning a new document. A container left empty by the
removal is removed too, so unsetting the last runners.* key does not leave
"runners": {} behind.
Unlike set, any key may be unset — including one this version does not know
— because removing a stale setting is exactly when you need that.
